This year's test results confirm that the Carrier Ethernet implementations of the 24 participating vendors have progressed substantially. When it comes to Ethernet OAM performance monitoring, packet-based clock synchronization, protection and Ethernet microwave, we have witnessed a wide range of interoperable, robust implementations.
The Official MEF Americas Congress
2010 saw the launch of Carrier Ethernet Americas (CE Americas): the first official MEF Congress in the LATAM region. It represented the largest gathering for the Ethernet transport and service industry in the region, and will be returning to repeat this success in 2011, at its new home in Rio de Janeiro.
